Amir and Alan’s shared passion for hairstyling brought them together as colleagues, and their exchanging of ideas and techniques deepened their friendship. Driven by a mutual dream, they turned their passion into reality, and that’s how l'Artisan was born—a barbershop built on their friendship and love for the craft.​
Amir (Director)
From industrial engineer to master barber, Amir’s journey demonstrates the impact of pursuing one’s passion. Despite his achievements in engineering, Amir chose to pursue hairstyling, a passion that began in high school. He devoted himself to self-study, elite barbering courses, and TAFE training, allowing him to fully embrace his artistic side. Now a master barber, Amir delights in every cut and style he crafts. His journey, supported by his loving wife, underscores how pursuing your passion and surrounding yourself with positive influences can lead to a rewarding life.
Alan (Director)
Alan started working at his family’s franchise at 12, advancing from part-time to a managerial role. His growing interest in barbering led him to extensive research and self-study. Despite an early setback, his passion for the craft only deepened. Driven by determination, Alan pursued top barbering courses and an apprenticeship. Gaining invaluable experience in prestigious Sydney barbershops, he honed his skills and embraced his artistic side. Today, as a master barber, Alan’s journey serves as a testament to the power of following one's passion and the importance of lifelong learning.

At l'Artisan, enjoy expert haircuts and beard trims tailored to your style. Your experience includes a personalised consultation, optional eyebrow and ear grooming, a soothing hot or cold towel, and styling with our premium products—all while sipping on chilled beer, black coffee, tea, or water.
Head Wash (10 min) - $10
A refreshing wash for your scalp, followed by a blow dry and styling for a clean finish.

​Nose/Ear Waxing (5 min) - $10
Nose and ear ear waxing gives a clean look that lasts.
​Senior’s Haircut (20 min) - $30
Customized classic haircut for seniors with clippers on the sides and back, scissors on top for a neat, tailored finish.
​Buzz Cut (15 min) - $30
A no-fuss cut with clippers, trimming the hair to the same length all over for a simple, easy-to-maintain style.
​Kids Haircut (20 min) - $35
Classic haircut for kids with clippers on the back and sides, scissors on top for a neat and tailored look.

​Kids Zero/Skin Fade (35 min) - $45
The sides and back fade from a skin level at the bottom, blending into longer lengths higher up for a clean, sharp contrast, finished with a straight razor/shaver for a precise edge. (This service includes Zero/Skin tapers)

Detailed beard sculpting and line-up, using a straight razor for a sharp, crisp edge and defined finish.
Classic Haircut (20 min) - $45
Tailored men’s haircut with clippers on the back and sides, and scissors on top for a sharp, clean look.
(This service is designed specifically for short haircuts and does not cover skin fades/tapers or the styling of medium to long hair.)

Our Restyle Service is perfect if you’ve got longer hair, haven’t had a cut in a while, or just want something different. With extra time built in, we will consult with you to create a personalized cut that suits your face shape, hair type, and overall vibe. This isn’t just a haircut—it’s a total style reset.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your future booking.

Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit.

No-Show Policy: A no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the service deposit.
